The Front Porch Project® |
Are you interested in finding ways to protect children, so that they are safe? When you are shopping at the grocery store, and you see a situation involving an adult and a child that makes you uncomfortable, do you wish you knew the right thing to say or do to help calm the situation? This training is for you!
As part of its community engagement prevention model, Devereux Kids facilitates a 2-day, 16-hour training program to help parents and residents learn how they can make a difference in the lives of children and families in their community. The educational program was developed by the American Humane's Children's Services Division.
