| Staff Effectiveness Training (SET) provides strategies to help prevent and limit crisis situations, methods of intervention using non-physical approaches, and examinations of staff behavior and its effect on the individuals being served. Curricular components reinforce the use of proactive planning for crisis prevention. |
Cost: $375 per participant or $350 for two or more from the same organization
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Registrations will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the training event. Refunds will be made for cancellation notice received at least five days in advance. Substitutions will be accepted; please call with any changes. | | |
